R2-D2
One of the most loyal and dependable droids in Star Wars, R2-D2 and his companion C3P0 end up on the remote planet of Tatooine, with some top secret plans stored in R2-D2’s memory bank (as placed there by Princess Leia).
R2-D2 proves his worth by assisting Luke in the Death Star run and also accompanies Luke to Dagobah, where Luke embarks on his Jedi training with Yoda.
He is prone to bouts of mischeviousness yet always delivers when the time depends on it.
